What is the engine code P0057 on my 2004 Nissan Titan? Where is it located?

This code is for the bank 2 sensor 2 O2 sensor. This is the one mounted in the exhaust pipe AFTER the catalytic converter on the passenger side of the engine. The code is for the heater circuit and normally replacing the sensor will solve the problem.
