Need serious help with 2007 chrysler aspen

Question

I replaced all 4 solenoids on my 2007 Chrysler aspen , check engine light went off, drove it for 50 miles bc the auto tech said to , to reset the system even thoigh there were no pending codes..came back to the shop to get it inspected and he said p3400 was about to pop up again! I bought this car 3 months agi and can not get it inspected still. It drives an run 110% no noises no knocks of any kind!! Please help me!!!

When there is no possible cause , the only option is to replace the lifters, and this means the cylinder head comes off but that the only option for it
