2005 Nissan Titan, I have a no start with a U1000 code no other codes. Is the gem the reason for the U1000 code and the no start?

Even with this code, the engine should start, what required to correct this code is to secure the ground connection for the ECM this includes the battery negative post. also, check the ECM relay when the key is turned on the ECM relay should turn on. Clear the and wiggle the ECM relay or swap it out. the engine should start once the U1000 code is cleared.
