This code is for insufficient temp reached for closed loop operation.

Normally this will not be the cause of the running issue, but rather a symptom of another problem. This code can exist if the engine isn't getting up to operating temp. This could be a stuck thermostat, bad engine coolant temp sensor or low engine coolant.
