P0171, how do I know which issue needs fixing?

I have checked the air filter and it's fine. I have noticed that my fuel seems to be going quickly and I'm not driving all that much. What do I need to actually fix?

This code means there is a lean fuel mixture on bank 1. Since the code is pointing at only bank 1, many times it means the front O2 sensor is causing the issue. There are several things that can cause it however which is why it has to be diagnosed properly. Here is some more info:
