I changed both camshaft and crankshaft still getting p0016 on the 2007 Dodge Charger 3.5L. I need help on this

P0016 this code is mechanical, the PCM sees the camshaft position sensor and it sees the cranksensor  but they are not with in the desired range., this engine has a timing belt, that should be looked at ,
