PO443 code on my 2006 Ford Explorer V6, I need more information please, thank you!!

Hi there

This code is for the evap purge control solenoid. If the pressure sensor doesn't see a drop in pressure when the computer turns on the purge valve it will assume the purge is bad. I have seen pressure sensors and vent control valves cause this issue as well as the purge solenoid.
