Code came on after Upgrading cold air intake

Question

Would this have anything to do with the dashboard light coming on? I am replacing my MAF sensor soon (and I'm thinking this is 1 reason/cause of the light appearing)

This code is for the catalytic converter not working properly. This could be the result of a leaking intake, the mass air flow doesn't usually cause this unless the car is running rich. If it is, then it could be due to the CAI. Also, check for any exhaust leaks.
