I have recently bought a throttle body and put it on because my car was constily reving from 1500 to 2500 well when inreplaced it it does a rev at 2 to 3k while cold and 1500 to 2k when warm it allways does it and never stops i have had a guy use a obd thing to do the idle relarn and nothing i had a code for high voltage to tps and something to do with crankshaft postion senser but he cleard the codes and the light went off but still does it and sometimes it feels like the throttle body over loades it self becaus when it starts it puts out like a white cloud sometimes what can i do to fix this?

Vehicle: 2003 nissan sentra spec v 2.5

HI there,

Sometimes the high idle is a result of something other then the throttle body. I would check the mass air flow sensor inputs, and also check for any vacuum leaks. This can cause the high idle and the computer will blame the throttle body even though it's not the actual cause. The computer isn't smart enough to know the cause if it's something else.
