Can I fix the shift silanoid c valve myself?

The step to replace the shift solenoid, you would have to remove the valve body from the transmission, which means you drain transmission fluid, the filter and remove the control valve, there are componets within there that you need to be very careful. This not a easy repair, You can get instruction anywhere ,  which seems easy but this is not easy.
