I have. A 2011 Nissan Altima replaced the maf since the ses light was on and that was the code or promblem it was reading .. it was replaced two weeks ago and light came back on went to autozone to check the light and it still came up as maf is it safe to drive my car like this can they delete this code ?

HI there,

It's likely still there because of an aftermarket maf sensor. These cars are very picky when it comes to that sensor. The code should have cleared when you put the new sensor in, so it's possible to clear it but it may come right back on. The car is safe to drive IF you can drive it. Usually when the maf sensor fails, the car won't rev past 3000 rpms.
