replaced part but code appears still

Question

I replaced the ckps, code came back on and still took a long time to crank over. I checked the power at the connector and got nothen and also checked ground for sensor and also nothen. I'm lost whats next to do? Nissan already reprogrammed ecm years ago

Did you use new factory Crankshaft Position Sensor?

You may also have to replace the camshaft position sensor.
