Found coolant in egr valve when trying to repair code P1165

Question

After I found the egr valve on my 1999 Infiniti I30, I started taking off the hoses connected to it. Coolant came out, so I put compressed air in on one side and the coolant in the radiator bubbled.  Now I think my car has a blown head gasket maybe?

The 1999 Infiniti I30 uses an electronic EGR valve and the only hoses connected to the valve are coolant hoses. The coolant is used cool the valve. It's normal to have coolant.
