I'm pulling a 1491 and that's all. Pulled the code for the 3rd clutch pressure switch so I replaced that then replaced the egr and cleaned the ports. She's still having problems accelerating and I'm lost.

P1491 EGR valve insufficient lift

You may have to be more aggressive in clearing the EGR port these are known to plug due to the PCV valve ,You may have to go as far as taking out the intake manifold to clear carbon. You can do this as proof that the EGR port is plug, take out the bolt or nuts that secure the EGR , with the engine running remove the EGR if the engine remain running your still plugged.
