Changed downwind 02 sensor located at the outlet of catalytic converter and checked fuses. My 2002 Buick Regal v6 3.8 has under 80, 000 miles. Pulled codes P0141 H02S-12 before and after swapping sensors. Service engine light remains on. Any idea what might be wrong?

P0141 02 sensor heater circuit failure

You need to test for a electrical failure , this is the common cause for a P0141 to set.

You need to test the PNK wire for batter voltage key on engine off, and test for ground
