getting all these and car runs good but engine light stays on

P0507 Idle speed performance higher than expected

P0660 Manifold tuning valve control circuit

P0118 Engine coolant temperature sensor circuit high

P2017 Short runner valve circuit high

P2173 High airflow vacuum leak detected

P2172 High airflow vacuum leak detected

There are 2 problem that are present one is the vacuum leak that setting one set of codes, the other is circuit high codes these are disconnection code like a open wire or not connected component to that sensor. You probably hear the vacuum leak if it is a vacuum hose that is disconnected or ruptured resolve that for the idle speed/vacuum codes.
