P0410 Code on 2005 GMC Envoy SLT I6 2wd.

Question

I have replaced the pump twice each time when the engine is cold the pump runs it self on full speed sounds like a turbine engine. Then burns it's self out. Relay or check valve? No water in the hose.

The air pump relay would be the only component that would keep the pump running, here the location for the relay
