my truck wouldnt start.

trk wouldnt start at first, took over 30 sec of cranking. trk was at running temp and only been off for a few mins in the drive through. finally started.

could tell it was wearing on battery.

got a code p1379 low volt to injection module. think that was from the low battery from cranking so long.

so what caused my trk to do this only happened twice last nite and about a month ago.

P1379 for the Ford is Fuel injector control module system voltage high.Anything to with the FICM is going to create a hard to start condition. For now since it is P1379 check the charging system , when the charging system goes over 16 volts you set this code.
