1998 Chevrolet Pick Up 5.7L, how do I fix the P0160 code? Is it easy to fix?

An easy fix depends in what the cause is, When P0106 is insufficient activity of Bank 2 Sensor 2 , Sensor 2 is the downstream 02 sensor or the catalytic monitor sensor, This would be more likely the 02 sensor, if it was a ground wire issue you would have 2.  02 sensor that would set a code. because it is only one sensor setting the code the 02 sensor is more likely the fault
