I replaced the cooling fan clutch and still get p0480. what else can it be?

I replaced the fan clu ch with new harness included still get code

Replace the cooling fan relay, don't just pop another one in there , check the connection of the relay . This would be rare but it happens where the it connects developes  a burn spot.
