My catalistic converter turned to a golden brownish color after replacement is it ok.

Heat attracts moisture, Back some time ago the exhaust pipe where steel and rust and heat degraded the exhaust system, Back then you would see exhaust pipe on the road, muffler on the road, Now today vehicle stainless steel. The color the catalytic convertor is getting is normal.
