b0016 airbag code is up even after replacement of components

Question

I replaced all necasary components to repair the airbags but the code b0016 for the drivers side curain bag wil not reset, I have visually checked the plug several times to ensure the plug was good and no pins were bent

Your doing the Dealer work, They produced a Recall for the airbag system and the passenger side curtain. and the frontal air bag.
