Code PO481, eng light on & code 95%, sometimes goes out, 5%

Question

My engine light come on and stays on 98% of the time, It goes off when it wants to. The PO481 codes reads cooling fan 2 control circuit malfunction. I had many people look at this and nobody can help, replaced all the relays and don't know what to do ???? Thinking about replacing the cooling fan asy to see if that works, Passed inspection each year ( 10 ). but now failed by new inspector. Just want to fix it

P0481 Besides the cooling fan relay and the fan assembly this code is more a PCM problem, since you are committed in replacing the fan assembly replace also the fuse for the cooling fan , Fuse they do develop high resistance it rare but it can happen
