codes p0141 and p0410

I replaced o2 sencor2 service engine light still on

P0141 02 sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 2  this is more electrical problem there a  gound on the right hand of the cylinder head it is a black wire make sure that is attatcheed if it is troubled to find you can test the 02 the black wire for a ground. this one wire is a engine ground.
