I have a code of P0430 for a 2000 Tundra

Question

has anyone had this type of problem and were u able to fix it.  

I had my O2 sensors changed about 8yrs ago but 2 yrs later same prob.

I know my truck is old and it has 270k plus miles but i'm sure I can get another 100k out of it.

Suggestions please

This code is for the bank 2 catalytic converter working below efficiency. This usually will require replacing the converter to solve the issue. However if the engine isn't burning clean or if there is a problem with an exhaust leak or rear O2 sensor. Usually though the converter is the issue.
