how to fix code p0171 and p0174

i have a ford explorer year 2000 i had a maf sensor put on and also the intake gasket done,engine light came back on.

When it comes to the intake manifold gasket there is  the upper intake and the lower intake , hopefully both where done, there one area that tends to get overlooked and this is the brake booster vacuum hose check the hose see if theres any splits there, being very strong in itself there have been found that has had cracks enough to cause a lean code condition,
