Does the code C1241 in Toyota Camry Hybrid causes by mal funtion of relays?

The battery pack new, I changed in November 2016.

The pack of relays in the left side of the engine compartment, some times don't sound with the same noise.

The auxiliary battery is new too.
Vehicle: 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid 2.4 lts

C1241 when this sets  power source are redirected , this code is for the skid control ECU, Check with the Dealer, Toyota had a Campaign for the brake pedal stroke sensor, they also extended it to the ABS/TCS system which would include the skid control ECU.
