Why is my 06 Dodge 4.7 running sluggish after I changed spark plugs, map sensor and o2 sensors?

My truck started sputtering and misfiring. I cleaned intake, changed o2 sensors, changed spark plugs and map sensor. It quit sputtering and all codes went away except 1128 and now runs like I have no power and idles rough.

The sparkplugs contribute to this, if the underhood is present it will list the required sparkplugs it should list a Champion sparkplug RC12MCC4., wrong type of sparkplug can also set false camshaft position sensor codes, a false 02 sensor code as well as no power especially trying to go uphill
