I have no boost on my turbo, checked the MAP sensor VREF and signal return got 5.0, found EBP sensor pluged replaced that still no boost press. I noticed when i start the engine the boost is at 0 when i throttle up alittle the dash gauge goes below 0 ????

Goes below 0 . you have a short, P0237 is strickly electrical concern, inorder to set a P0237 it reference voltage and the signal return would short together.The PCM is not utilizing the signal.

​ The turbo on these are known to coke up, and set a P0238 (turbo sensor circuit high) not resolving the code condition it tends to short it driver in the PCM.This is one reason it is imporatant  that if any recall are made, they are resolved.  You would need to rule out the harness, Unless you test drive the vehicle clear the code  play with the throttle if the boost comes back , you would need a PCM
