What does this have to do with lights on dash board? Lighting

Battery ,check engine, brake, doors all flashing on dash while driving and stopped.

Battery light with the door light and CK ENG LT, seems like a poor connection either at the battery terminals, You have check the terminal connection, the other possible condition is the ignition switch if you hold it right before engine start and all the light behave you may just have a ignition switch problem, start with the battery termonals
