P1400 Cold start emission reduction control system

P1400, sets during a cold start, a plugged air filter can set this code , On a MAF (mass airflow) there is a airduct from the MAF to the throttle body any torn or rips there that does not seal properly can set this code. C0244 this you would have to rule out, such as dragging brakes, improperly inflated tires. As for C0455 this is a common steering position sensor, this is not to uncommon that the fix requires a ABS unit.
