I just had my exhaust pipe replaced including the cat converter, however the engine light has stayed on with the code P0141 for the rear oxygen sensor. How will I know this just needs to run and reset or the actual sensor is bad before bringing it into a shop to be replaced? How expensive is it to be replaced?

P0141 Heated 02 sensor circuit 2
This is fused protected, the fuse protects both the upstream 02 sensor, downstream 02 because its only P0141 and no upstream 02 sensor code, its not the fuse, Both 02 sensor uses the same ground again its just P0141 and no upstream code. Unless the 02 sensor is loose on the sensor 2 other than that you need another 02 sensor, The ECM looks for open circuit short circuit , grounds and rationality. Before it set a P0141 it test it.there its a pending code, giving several attempts to pass this code, unfortunately its a failed componenet
