Does error code P0700 and P0702 mean I need to replace the transmission?

I have not had ANY driving issues but still an error code P0700 & P0702? I have a 2008 Honda Pilot

No, , what you have is a electrical problem, if you replace the transmission, and the problem is still there , the guarantee is you being one unhappy person. What a ECM does is look for open circuit short circuit short, and it see it. For the Fix replace the shift solenoid.  Being a solenoid if you wait too long you may end up having to replace the transmission control module
