We have replaced the camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, the ignition coil and the spark plugs. The jeep runs great once it is warmed up. But, first thing in the morning when it starts it runs rough and then it dies. Then it takes about 3 or 4 more times to start and then it is fine. We are still getting the P1391 code and the engine light is still on.
Any other ideas??

P1391 the only fix is replace the PCM, there is no other way, This is a common condition For Dodge , Jeep, Chrysler, this is such a popular code Any part store will have a PCM in stock P1391 keep them in business. and they can all reprogram the VIN. without the vehicle .Buy a dozen , this can be a hobby in replacing.
