This is a OBD I code, the difference between OBD I and OBDII is OBD II has a downstream 02 sensor or a catalytic monitor sensor. This code is a lean code condition a P0174 if this was a OBD II vehicle, Do a MAF (mass airflow) cleaning, (if this was a MAF problem it would set a code for both sides, but this approach is more helpful, this code tends to be a 02 sensor problem but rarely, it is a 02 sensor problem if the sensor is loose ,or there is a exhaust leak right near the 02 sensor, As a P0174 look for vaccum leaks at Bank 2, those vacuum hose tends to break especially for the heating and a/c unit
