replaced fuel pressure regulator
replaced idle air control valve

used Lucas fuel system injector cleaners & fuel conditioner

Low power is when there is too much fuel, try this when there is low power disconnect the MAF sensor. the system would go rich, if the idle stay use carburetor cleaner or brake cleaner check the upper intake manifold for vacuum leaks and the fuel injector seal for vacuum leaks. On these engine when there is low power it is usually found as a vacuum leak, and there is no acceleration. the most common find is the upper intake or the plenum gasket , and it is not so uncommon for the injector seat to loose its seal in its intake manifold. If the problem started when the sparkplug where changed a wrong application of the sparkplug will cause this . It will foul easy and you would set a P0300 . Even though there is snow on the road and a warm AZ temperature the engine has to be at operating temperature before shutting down or the sparkplugs tend to foul.
