How do I fix the code po316 on my 2003 3.0 ranger?

Ive changed fuel injector on cylinder one because it was throwin a code, and causing the rough idle and hesitation. Now the po316 code is showin and its still idling rough especially when you first crank it up cold or hot. Ive changed the crankshaft pos sensor before along with plugs, wires, and coilpack.

P0316 Misfire detected on start up

This is a difficult code, what it is not is a coil pack, or plug wires. this would set a P030X. and it is easily identified, Its not the CKP, the ECM would monitor it in reference to the camshaft sensor, If you have the gear driven type of camshaft position sensor this would not cause a P0316.unless you set a P1309. The  3.0 engine the cylinder valve tends to recede , so vacuum leaks have to be thoroughly tested. at the intake manifold, use a brake cleaner or carburetor cleaner and spray at suspected area and note the RPM change. Alot of successful result for a P0316 is do a top engine cleaning and add a fuel injector cleaner into the fuel tank with a MAF cleaning carbon build up on the intake valve contribute to P0316
