2001 dodge ram 360 NoBu5 code

odometer flashes then says NoBu5 gauges don't work and all idiot lights at bottom of dash light up on by one till all are lit

NO BUS. you have a open fuse for the ignition in the engine fuse/relay box use the fuse cover as a map locate the ignition fuse . This fuse is also powers the horn
