Light not flashing changed FTS,but still on.

If you replaced the in tank sensor and the code still appears then the issue is likely the wiring. This could be at the harness connector or on the way to the computer. You might have a short to power. In other words the computer is seeing the same voltage, if this is the case you have to follow the wiring harness up to the computer and look for any place the wiring might be rubbing together and the insulation worn off.
