Question

Where is the cam position sensor located? Would it be easy to change out? All my fuses and relays are good, I checked everyone of them. Ever since I cut into the orange wire and accidentally touched the frame and I got a spark the check engine light stays on and the code I got on the OBD tool P0343.

The camshaft position sensor is under the intake manifold, If you shorted the orange wire you would  not cause a P0343, You have to measure what the ignition switch is putting out. try this swap the ignition relay out.
