had oil change yesterday now error code p0171 is showing .. what does it mean?

I took my car yesterday for an oil change and ever since the check engine light is on and the error code is P0171 system too lean (bank 1) what does this mean ?

P0171 Fuel trim lean

This is the condition of the engine, a lean code condition is more of a vacuum leak, vacuum leas are unmetered air leaks. this is where air gets past the MAF (mass airflow ) and is unaccounted for.
