car won't start how it use to after i clean the battery?

i tried to clean the battery terminal. and then i turn on the vehicle seeing that it turns on and few seconds later it turns off.

Whenever you disconnect the battery you have to perform a relearn on the electronic throttle body. Once that is done the car should return to normal. This can be done manually or be performed with a scan tool.
