What would be the next thing to check after replacing the alternator?

Same code came up on my 2005 mustang. Alternator was replaced. Having electrical issues. While driving Radio turns off, power windows won't work, all gauges on instrument panel go to right H then left to L. Lights on panel go off. Help!!

The positive connection for the radio and window to go like that , there is  battery positive lead that goes to the Fuse / Relay that battery connection there has to be secured
