code P604 come up on  my 2009 chevy aveo what could be the problem and how do I fix it

Hi there

Assuming you mean P0604, this code is for the random access memory on the powertrain control module.

This could be the PCM itself or the wiring to it causing the issue. Most common repair is replacing the control unit.
