how do you reset the computer

i have held the milage button down and turn the key on and waitied for the 2 beeps with the pcm fuse pulled i have a 09 ram 4.7 and it has a rough idle ive changed the plugs coils wires and map what else could it be

Dodge recommends the use of a scan tool or a code reader, there is no other way to clear the code, Rough idle on this engine you are going to have to rule a a mechanical  condition. Is there any valve tapping noise. a compression test would be a good start
