throwing po201 code replaced all fuel inj didn't work

Question

What should I be looking for... Replace engine about 5000 miles ago changed out plugs, wires, distr cap/rotor,crankshaft sensor,O2 sensor.. Code keeps coming up

P0201 Fuel injector number 1 cylinder

Testing for power and signal for the fuel injector , the power side to the fuel injector if that fine monitoring the signal to the fuel injector , if the signal drops out this would be from the ECM.
