regarding p0562 code hyundai

im getting a code p0562 for my 2002 hyundai accent.

on diagnostics the fuel pump does not humm on ignition and the injectors receive low voltage (7V)

the car is fitted with CNG kit as well and the car starts fine when started directly on CNG.

have already changed battery from a similar car and also the PCM

This code can also mean you have a bad alternator, but if the battery is charged up and you only have 7 volts, you have a problem with one of the cables being corroded inside stopping the voltage from getting out of the battery.
