Just purchased 2 weeks ago, had no problems other than a floating gas gage. Ran out of gas twice, after refueling the second time the car started for approximately 20 seconds then died. Won't restart at all now, just turns over and over.
Only other things Ive noticed, is occassonaly check engine soon warning light comes on & off.

If the engine ran out of gas, you can burn the fuel pump, The basic would have to be done, you need to check for ignition spark , and test the fuel pressure, You can spray carburetor cleaner into the intake , and if it start up ( it will only be until the fluid is used up) you have a fuel concern.
