What possible causes relate to pending fault P2191 on Peugeot 308?

P2191 System Too Lean At Higher Load Bank 1

Pending fault; no engine management fault displayed on dash board

Occasionally there is a loss of power then everything is OK again. Mostly noticed in cold weather although it seems to happen more frequently now, since December 2016. Also had the Depollution System Faulty but this cleared itself.
