The Lincoln uses the PCM for the fuel pump on and off control via fuel pump relay. which gives power to the fuel pump. You also have a inertia switch this is a safety switch which can shut down power to the fuel pump. check to see if that switch has been activated, you can reset it by pressing the switch provided that the switch was activated.
